An exclusive opportunity to attend a two day forum where Asia's top chefs and mixologists present and discuss indigenous Asian cuisine, ingredients and spirits; their history, traditions and interpretation into the modern kitchen. Presenting chefs will explore key ideas, skills, techniques and expertise while setting the stage for discussion and debate amongst attending chefs.
The workshops will be followed by a networking event where guests have the opportunity to sample the dishes cooked in the workshop plus the extraordinary creations of mixologists working specifically with traditional Asian spirits and ingredients.
